Acceptable Use Policy
This policy keeps the platform safe and reliable for everyone. It applies to all use of the Service and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content and activity
You must not use the Service to host, transmit, or facilitate:
- Anything illegal, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Malware, botnets, phishing, credential harvesting, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Child sexual abuse material, or content that is unlawfully harassing, threatening, or hateful.
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or activity that gets our IP ranges blocklisted.
- High-risk crypto-mining or workloads designed primarily to exhaust shared resources.
2. Platform integrity
Do not attempt to breach or probe security, escape container isolation, access other customers' data, disrupt the platform, or circumvent billing, quotas, or rate limits. Security research is welcome through responsible disclosure — see our Security page.
3. Fair resource use
Plans describe the compute and storage you're entitled to. Sustained use that materially exceeds your plan or degrades service for others may be throttled, and we may ask you to upgrade.
4. Your responsibility for end users
If your application has its own users, you are responsible for their conduct and for having appropriate terms and moderation in place.
5. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@debutdepoly.com. We investigate reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as described in the Terms.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate for breaches, with or without notice depending on severity and legal obligations. We prioritise proportionate action but will act immediately where there is a serious risk to people, data, or the platform.
